One male was killed and another wounded in a shooting Wednesday in Atlantic City, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner. Police received a ShotSpotter alert just before 4 p.m. in the area of Maryland and Baltic avenues. When officers arrived, they found two males who had been shot. One of the victims died, while the other was being treated. Authorities did not release information about the victims, including their ages or hometowns. The shooting remained under investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Atlantic City police, and no further information was released.
