Two men were wounded Tuesday in separate shootings in Atlantic City. Police were called to the 800 block of North Tennessee Avenue at about 12:50 p.m. for a report of a man shot. Officers found Hasin Dunn with a wound that was not considered life-threatening, according to Sgt. Chris Barber of the Violent Crimes Unit. Dunn was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for treatment. Detectives Charles Stuart and Joseph Procopio were investigating that shooting. Just after 3 p.m., police were called to the 1000 block of Arctic Avenue for another shooting. Sgt. Kevin Fair said at least one man was injured. Police found Andre Green, 20, with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, and his injury also was not considered life-threatening. Residents near the second shooting said they were shocked it happened so close to Pennsylvania Avenue School, especially around the time children would be heading home. One nearby worker, Travis Burns, said he arrived after the shots were fired and hoped those involved were OK. That investigation was being led by Detective Joseph Iacovone. Police asked anyone with information about either shooting to contact Atlantic City police or Crime Stoppers.
