Two wounded in Atlantic City shooting
Two men were injured in a shooting Sunday night in Atlantic City. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert on South Presbyterian Avenue and found a 39-year-old Pleasantville man and a 25-year-old Egg Harbor City man with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, and the Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.

Police were alerted by ShotSpotter and responded at 9:17 p.m. to the first block of South Presbyterian Avenue, Lt. Kevin Fair said. Officers found a 39-year-old man from Pleasantville and a 25-year-old man from Egg Harbor City suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both men were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for treatment. Their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
