Police found the victim on the 800 block of Caspian Avenue after officers responded to a call about a man who had been shot multiple times at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Lt. Robert Campbell said.
The article says the man had been out of state prison for about a week after serving time on drug charges. It also notes that, as a juvenile, he had been sentenced in court for aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon involving a BB gun.
