ATLANTIC CITY — A man who was wounded in a January shooting turned himself in Monday after being charged in the same incident that also wounded another man. Minutes later, officers were called to the 800 block of North Tennessee Avenue, where Bradley Williams, 23, was found shot in the torso. An investigation by the Violent Crimes Unit led to warrants charging Callaway with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
