Three men wounded in daylight Atlantic City shooting
Three men, ages 29, 22 and 21, were wounded in a Saturday afternoon shooting in Atlantic City. Police responded to the 500 block of North Ohio Avenue after ShotSpotter detected gunfire, but initially found only evidence of shots fired. Minutes later, three gunshot victims arrived at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Police were called to the 500 block of North Ohio Avenue just after 1 p.m. after ShotSpotter registered gunshots in the area, according to Sgt. Paul Aristizabal. When officers arrived, they found evidence of gunfire but no victims at the scene.
Several minutes later, police were called to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, where three men had arrived with gunshot wounds. The victims, ages 29, 22 and 21, were treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening, Aristizabal said.
Police asked anyone with information about the shooting to contact investigators.
