Two Shot in Atlantic City, NJ, Monday Evening
Atlantic City police said two men were shot Monday evening near Pacific and South Florida avenues. Both victims, ages 25 and 33, were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Atlantic City police are investigating a double shooting that happened Monday evening.
According to the Atlantic City Police Department, officers responded at about 6:15 p.m. to the 2500 block of Pacific Avenue after receiving a ShotSpotter alert. At the scene, police found two victims and evidence of gunfire in the first block of South Florida Avenue.
The victims, a 25-year-old man and a 33-year-old man, both from Atlantic City, were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Police asked anyone with information about the shooting to contact the department's Violent Crimes Unit.
