Man wounded in Atlantic City shooting
A 31-year-old Atlantic City man was wounded in a shooting early Thursday morning near North Carolina and Arctic avenues in Atlantic City. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 1:03 a.m. and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at about 1:03 a.m. in the area of North Carolina and Arctic avenues, according to Lt. Kevin Fair. Officers found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. Police said his injuries were not considered life-threatening.
