A 31-year-old Atlantic City man was wounded in an early morning shooting Thursday in Atlantic City. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at about 1:03 a.m. in the area of North Carolina and Arctic avenues, according to Lt. Kevin Fair. Officers found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. Police said his injuries were not considered life-threatening.
