ATLANTIC CITY — A city man was injured in a shooting Thursday morning, police said. At about 2:19 a.m., police responded to Indiana and Hummock avenues for a gunshot alert. Officers found a 22-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening. Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to call police or submit a tip by text.
